Did they trim the eastern section of the enhanced? I thought this morning it had extreme northwest Alabama in the enhanced

While everyone is clamoring over the upcoming snow, it looks like a decent line of strong storms is rolling through the TN Valley
Yeah lots of wind damage reports coming from around Nashville.

Had a surprise severe thunderstorm last night around 3 A.M. Didn't expect anything but rain out of this.

No kidding! Several folks around town are wondering what the deal is with our Hytop radar. It seems to go down just before or during severe threats quite frequently.
Had nickel size hail and about 40 mph wind gusts last night, in upstate SC at about 4:30! Was expecting just rain, as the line was forecast to weakin by the early morning hours, but actually looked as if it strengthened right before it pushed through
