Yeah you are gonna get some significant totals now, setting up shop right on over you. Pretty sure there will be some Crabtree Creek issues

I was shocked at the amount of standing water when I was on the way home from work.

The CFSv2, was all over this! Why can't it be right in winter! :(
It is - always warm and "No snow for you."

Weird about the link I will work on it. Don't worry the goods are on the way. Put down a half inch since I got home

I ended up with about 1.33" of rain. Most of it probably from this morning, mid morning it was absolutely coming down hard.

619 PM EDT MON APR 24 2017

The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
Wayne County in central North Carolina...
Northeastern Sampson County in central North Carolina...
Wake County in central North Carolina...
Johnston County in central North Carolina...
Durham County in central North Carolina...

* Until 1215 AM EDT

* At 617 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause
flooding. Upwards of two inches has fallen since mid morning,
saturating the ground.

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the
warned area through 9 PM. This rain will quickly run-off causing
creeks and streams to overflow their banks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Do not underestimate the power of flood waters. Only a few inches of
rapidly flowing water can quickly carry away your vehicle.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

Thanks, Charlie. Yeah, give Tony and us sleet several times a winter and see if we complain lol. I bet Phil also wouldn't complain. We all love Brick to death (no BB would be the same without him), but he complains about just about everything! He doesn't like plain rain. He doesn't like sleet. He doesn't like ZR. He doesn't like very light snow. He doesn't like cold and dry. He doesn't like cold and cloudy. He doesn't like warm and cloudy. He doesn't like cold and windy. He doesn't like plain thunderstorms. Lol, what would we do without him?

Well that sums it up nicely

Actually, the only weather I really dislike is plain rain like today and cold without snow. If we're not going to have snow or thunderstorms, I want it warm and dry.
